Imburning does not allow anyone to use our products or services for the purpose of sending Spam, nor do we allow our products or services to be referenced in Spam. Imburning abuse team actively monitors emails going to a large number of contacts.
Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through Imburning computer systems. Any customer found to be using Imburning products or services for transmitting of unsolicited or unauthorized material, his or her account will be terminated
with immediate effect.
What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). By sending email only to those who have requested to receive it, we are following accepted permission-based email guidelines.
Double-Optin consent?
The recipient of our email has been clearly and fully notified of the collection and use of his/her email address and has consented prior to such collection and use. This is often called Double-Optin consent.

Every email generated from Imburning contains an unsubscribe link which allows contacts to opt-out of future emails and automatically updates contact lists to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to visitors who have unsubscribed.

Legal Penalties
Unauthorized use of the Services and products in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.
